Notice for Business Buyers
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB have no right of withdrawal or return.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear written statement sent exclusively by post (letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract (§ 355 para. 1 sentence 2 BGB). Notification by e-mail or telephone is excluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the letter before the 14-day period expires.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning:

  • Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once their seal has been removed after delivery.

  • Goods that are perishable or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.

Special Notice for Food Products
Our products may be temperature-sensitive, hygienically sealed, and subject to food-safety storage and transport regulations.
The right of withdrawal expires if:

  • The seal or protective film has been removed.

  • Proper continuous storage (e.g., cool, dry, protected from light) cannot be ensured.

  • There are signs of misuse, tampering, or improper handling.

Return Conditions
Returns must be made within 7 days after declaring the withdrawal.
Only unopened, undamaged, sealed, and properly stored products will be accepted.
Returns where the storage conditions or product integrity cannot be verified may be refused for hygiene reasons.
For opened, damaged, or devalued goods, we reserve the right to deduct compensation (§ 357 para. 7 BGB) or reject a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods (§ 357 para. 6 sentence 1 BGB).
The standard return shipping fee is € 4.95 (incl. VAT).
If the customer chooses their own courier, they bear all return shipping costs.
In cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective goods, we cover the return shipping costs (§ 357 para. 2 sentence 2 BGB).

Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods, or upon presentation of credible proof of shipment.
The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Deductions may apply for damaged or improperly stored goods.

Why We Charge Return Fees
Our flat rate of € 4.95 helps reduce environmental and economic impact caused by unnecessary returns. It encourages conscious consumption and sustainable use of resources.

This form is intended exclusively for consumers. Business buyers cannot exercise this right.
