1. Shipping Service Providers
All deliveries are carried out exclusively via Deutsche Post AG, DHL Paket GmbH, FedEx, and GLS.
Selection of the shipping service provider by the customer is not possible.
2. Shipping Regions
Deliveries are available to the following destinations:

Member states of the European Union (EU) (e.g. Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, and others)
Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Additional selected non-EU countries (e.g. Canada, Israel, United Arab Emirates)

Shipping cost: €4.99 for orders up to €49.99
Free shipping for orders from €50.00
Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days
Shipping within the European Union (EU)
Shipping cost: €11.99 for orders up to €99.99
Free shipping for orders from €100.00
Delivery time: 2 to 6 business days
Shipping to Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom
Shipping cost: €19.99 for orders up to €149.99
Free shipping for orders from €150.00
Delivery time: 4 to 8 business days
Shipping to other non-EU countries (e.g. Canada, Israel, United Arab Emirates)

4. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees for Deliveries Outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (EU), additional costs may apply.
These may include:
Import duties
Import VAT
Processing fees charged by shipping providers (e.g. DHL)
Other official fees
These additional costs are borne by the customer and are not covered by the seller.
They are independent of the shipping price and must be paid to the relevant customs or tax authorities upon delivery.

Note: Returns or refunds due to refusal to accept delivery or failure to pay import duties are excluded.
5. Shipping Information
All deliveries are made via standard shipping.
Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery to Packstations within Germany is possible.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that delivery is possible (e.g. name displayed on mailbox or doorbell).
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information (e.g. missing name identification), the customer shall bear the costs incurred. This includes, in particular, the cost of return shipping and, in the event of reshipment, the cost of renewed delivery.
8. Delivery Notes
Partial deliveries are permitted if they are reasonable for the customer. Additional shipping costs will only apply if expressly agreed upon.
Delivery times may be delayed due to force majeure, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If delivery fails after three attempts, the seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded, minus the incurred shipping costs.
